Spiritual Direction is a sacred, relational process and practice. Listening is the foundation. Let me walk along side you and help you deepen your attention to the movement and presence of God in all parts your life.
what to expect
every session is unique and Spirit-led
After a trial period where we discern if we are a good match for each other, we enter into a confidential agreement which lasts over time for the process to unfold. We meet monthly or bi-monthly for an hour either in-person or on Zoom. Sessions are $70-100 on a sliding scale. (scholarships are available)
My hope is that I can accompany you on your spiritual journey and help you grow in your relationship with Love, yourself and the world as I offer support and guidance, reflection and companionship. The larger question I will be asking is “where is God in all of this?”- in all the parts of your life. I believe God is ever-loving, ever-present, ever-comforting and challenging us toward growth. We are being formed spiritually by all of our experience, and we are co-creators with God in our lives.
WHAT TO EXPECT?

Often we begin the session with becoming aware of our bodies and the present moment. We might enter a sacred silence. Sometimes I will bring a reading to use as a reflection point. You might bring something you have been noticing or struggling with. Or you might have no idea what to talk about. It always emerges. We listen together to see where the Spirit leads the conversation.

REFLECT
Through deep listening, I may offer some questions for reflection or support. My practice is rooted in curiosity and compassion. You might bring a current struggle or noticing. No part of your life is irrelevant to your spiritual journey. I’ll help you pay attention to what your life is telling you through exploring your feelings, patterns, thoughts and inner knowing.

LISTEN
Through an ongoing relational process, I will companion you as you journey deeper into noticing where God is in the midst of your life, what gifts or invitations God might be offering to you. I may give you a practice to try for the month, or a reading recommendation.

How much does Spiritual direction cost?
I offer a sliding scale payment plan of $70- $100. But scholarhsips are also available if money is a concern.
